Jean Francois Arnaud is an International consultant in Pastry & Bakery since 2006. He is based in Malaysia from where he travel all over Asia and Middle East to conduct training and workshops for professional pastry chefsLogo-MOF. He is MOF 2000 which mean the best Craftsman of France. He has been associated with best Pastry chefs and publications of the world like Thuries Gastronomie Magazine for whom he created monthly recipes for 10 years, Bakery & Pastry Magazines Asia & North America.

A career which was started in 1977 include working as Executive Pastry chefs in michelin star restaurants and Hotels. He participated and win numerous awards in artistic pastry , chocolate showpieces and sugar arts. He has participated in salon du chocolat creating chocolate dresses for fashion shows . He has been representing ENSP for their food studio creating sugar souvenirs and sugar jewellery during SIRHA.

Jean – Francois was Technical Director of « Ecole Nationale Superieure de la Patisserie » in Yssingeaux, France (ENSP ) , recoginsed as the best Pastry school of France. He came to Malaysia in 2009 and become International Consultant for Brands like Fonterra, Haagen-Dazs, Club Med group and Academy of Pastry Arts Malaysia

In 2013 , he joined hands with ” Academy of Pastry Arts Malaysia and opened JFA CONSULTANCY – A training and consultancy company where he can offer various training at an affordable price. JFA CONSULTANCY is the first oranised consultancy company which has a great line up of visiting guest chefs from all over the world. Any company who is looking forward to get their pastry chefs trained , upgrading their menus and new innovations for launching can contact JFA Consultancy.

He is very much instrumental in research & development based on Ingredients , Products and conceptualization. In 2015, Jean Francois will be opening his new Pastry school in Makati , Philippines . His dream is to share his knowledge and skills to young pastry chefs and professionals.
